WILL IT FIT?
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the furniture will fit through elevators, stairwells, corridors, and doorways. Guild Nines does not accept responsibility or liability where on-site conditions and limitations prevent final delivery of items, and will not issue refunds in the event that the furniture does not fit into your space. Dimensions can be found on each product page; please ask if you are unsure. Additional information can be provided upon request.
Wood is a natural material and the grain characteristics and color will vary from piece to piece. The grain and color may also vary from samples. Due to the nature of our products, colors/swatches shown online and in our catalogues may vary. However, be assured- we work hard to select only the best!
All items are carefully inspected prior to packaging and shipping, and while we do our best to ensure that items get to you 'safe and sound', Guild Nines is not responsible for freight or shipping damages. Any damages must be noted by the receiving agent at the time of delivery (freight) or ASAP for other shipping services such as FedEx (within 48 hours is recommended). SAVE ALL OF THE PACKING MATERIALS. If there are freight damages and they are not noted at the time of delivery, we do not have recourse with the carrier and claims are very unlikely to be honored. Please contact us immediately so that we can help make sure that everything is taken care of promptly and thoroughly.
Guild Nines warrants that any goods sold will be free from manufacturing defects for one (1) year from date of shipment. This warranty does not apply to damage or breakage resulting from misuse, accidents, abuse, neglect, mishandling or wear resulting from normal use. Guild Nines will repair, or at our discretion, replace free of charge, any defective merchandise. Defective products will be replaced within the normal production lead time required to reorder and manufacture the same product. Please note that natural wood products have inherent characteristics that vary and do not constitute damage/defects, and returns will only be accepted with written authorization from our office.
Areas of exclusion under this warranty: Product damaged through use not intended by the original design of the product, and/or product that has been physically altered in any way, or subjected to misuse or negligence and/or product in normal use that exhibits signs of cosmetic degradation, without compromising structure or function, is not covered.
